Buchenwald: Obama ties Israel's existence to the Holcaust again

President Obama visited the Buchenwald concentration camp in Weimar, Germany on Friday. Here's a videotape with highlights.

Please note that once again, Obama is attributing the 'justification' for Israel's existence to the Holocaust. As I noted yesterday:
If one accepts Obama's formulation, one could legitimately ask the question the 'Palestinians' ask: The Europeans murdered Jews 60 years ago. Why should the Jewish state come from 'Palestinian' lands and not from European lands? But Obama's formulation is wrong. Jews are in Israel because this is our historic homeland and has been for more than 3000 years. Our rights to this land have nothing to do with the Holocaust and everything to do with our Jewish heritage and the fact that God gave this land to the Jewish people 3000 years ago (Christians share the same bible that we do - at least for the first half and know this is true). This is not a 'Palestinian' land.
The Balfour Declaration preceded the Holocaust by more than thirty years. The Palestine Mandate preceded it by more than twenty years. Israel's existence is not 'justified' by the Holocaust and the Holocaust is not the only time our people were massacred - only the most recent one and probably the largest one in terms of numbers and percentages. While the Holocaust is an important event in Jewish history, there are many other 'justifications' for Israel's existence and they go back much longer than 70 years.

President Obama doesn't get it.

Pharaohbama doesn't WANT to get it (in public), because he simply doesn't care. Israel has been thrown under the bus, but is hanging onto the bumper and hasn't yet been run over.

While he won't admit it, he certainly knows history well enough to know about the legitimate and long-standing Jewish claims to our homeland, but since so large a percentage of our co-religionists voted for him, there's little or nothing he can gain, politically speaking, by standing with Israel. Besides, the Arabs have much more money, and a large amount likely found its way into his campaign coffers last year. Finally, he is of the Left, which is generally very antisemitic (which is only partially hidden by the fig leaf of "anti-Zionism."

Once more, we must stand alone among the nations. We must be resolute against the evil gathered against us, as our ancestors stood against Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, the Greeks, Romans, Spanish, Russian Czars and Germans, and be faithful to HaShem's word in the hope that He will stand with us at this time.

The American President doesn't understand Jews or Israel. He doesn't understand living Jews more than he understands dead Jews. Its not a coincidence he skipped a visit to Israel this week.

A professor I heard once summed it up best:

"Israel was not created because of the Holocaust, but in spite of the Holocaust."

My family lived in Hebron for hundreds of years before the Holocaust happened, and now Pres. Hussein tells me they were only there as a result of the Holocaust! And now I am not allowed to live in Hebron because I am Jewish!

It's always a mistake to assume that your adversary is less intelligent or less knowledgeable than you. Obama is not obtuse; he understands the historical and religious foundations of Israel. Remember, he prayed at the Western Wall. He has attended Seders. His wife's cousin is a Rabbi.

Obama is deliberately omitting the 3,000-year-old Jewish narrative from his speeches and PR because it conflicts with the Arab and Palestinian narrative and he believes it will, 1) antagonize them, and 2) undermine their "rights" to a state in J&S with Jerusalem as their capital.

Obama gets it.

History tells us that the Hebrews lived in a land populated by lots os scattered peoples. Why in hell should the Zionist for 60 years want to occupy the whole territory? So that, historically, Zionists do not have the right to the lands they stole and proclaim as theirs, but only to a very small parcel, if you abide to History, as they pretend lieing. If they do not submit to the truth, but sacrifice, still and colonize their equals, practising against the Human Rights, they must be broken and put in their place by sheer force. Is there another way?

Sooner or later Justice has to be made. All the world is waiting for that, only the USA, led by anti-democratic and anti Human Rights governments has persisted on the wrong. Notice that the USA is not a democratic society and breaks most Human Rights dogmas within its own borders and with its own people. No wonder they are not democratic with the rest of the world. In true democratic societies, governing entities and people seldom pronounce words like democracy, they live it. North Americans end up believing in their own lies.

It is not understandable so many people blinded about the holocaust. They cover up historical much worse events. For instance, hiding the complete exterminations of some ethical peoples, tortures, genocides, and much more perpetrated by the Castilians in the Americas. It is known that they exterminate about or over 80 million. That is twelve times the number of the killed jews during the holocaust. the later were a much smaller number, and if we compare the way the Germans did it to theirs, it was not so bad after all; they were not treated the same way. Those who can read XVI century Castilian can read a description of their destruction written by a Seville missionary who was an eyewitness in the Amerias, and it can be found here or in many other places: http://www.ciudadseva.com/textos/otros/brevisi.htm. Is it right to cry so much about the jewish holocaust and not to bother about things thousands of times worse?

I'm not so sure what your point is, but the Jews are the most persecuted people of all history. Any legitimate historian will tell you this. No one people group has suffered more than the Jews have, period. The Holocaust? That's merely one part of the sufferings of the Jewish people. Yet, the Jews have never used the holocaust to their advantage or gain as you probably think. They want to live with the Palestinians, but, they want to live without threat of death, without homicide bombers, without rockets landing in Israel on a daily basis...They want peace and have bent over backwards (to my dismay) to try to achieve it. Yet people like yourself refuse to open your eyes to the truth of the Middle East.

*Are you serious?
