How Tel Aviv makes its money
Tel Aviv must be really desperate for money - kind of surprising in a city which has one of Israel's strongest tax bases.In this video, a woman parked legally. The city came and painted around the car a handicap parking, towed the car and gave her a NIS 1,000 ticket.

Well, I always thought the truck that picks up the car (they use them in Jerusalem too) was kind of neat anyway.
