Who was on the roof when the bomb went off?

After an appeal for all amateur photographs and video of the Boston Marathon terror attack, the video below was turned over to police and the FBI.

Let's go to the videotape.

If you didn't see the people on the roof, here are some freeze frames (Hat Tip: NY Nana):

The video, shot from a room in the Lenox Hotel across the street about two minutes after the explosion, shows what appears to be three figures in dark clothing moving on the roof of the Charlesmark Hotel, from the back to the front, then retreating. The Charlesmark is right at the finish line on Boylston Street, and its lobby was reportedly stained with blood as it became a triage centre for victims and first responders.
Sandra Sukstorf, an Assistant Judge Advocate General with the Canadian Forces who shot the video, was in the Lenox hotel waiting for her husband to finish the race.
After the first explosion, “I just had this feeling there was going to be another one, so I left the room immediately and went to the stairwell,” Commander Sukstorf said Tuesday from Boston.
Security officers made her go back into the room, however, where she started filming out the window.

Seriously boring and most likely irrelevant.

More generically relevant article and video here.

The pics of the 2nd explosion scene at the end of the news video are credited on one Sharona Dayan. So help me, everyone will say she's a Mossad agent or something similarly stupid!
