That's not surprising since President Obama has decided to wait for Congress to come back from vacation, which won't happen until next week, which means that it won't discuss it until next week....
Don't you love a war that waits for vacation to be over?

They (whoever they is at the moment, doesn't matter it happens over and over) do something awful and the US says, oh, my that was awful, you've really got us riled up now. we are so upset we are going to do something, we don't know what but we are going to have a meeting, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but at the first convenient moment, and you better watch out because at that meeting we might decide something. really.
